General Rules
- Rand & Vahlberg OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Mulligan Room”) reserves the right to stop play without granting a refund if there is a failure to adhere to and respect the circumstance.
- Use clean indoor shoes/golf shoes. No metal spikes or cleats. Spikeless shoes only.
- Use clean clubs
- It’s not allowed to use marked golf balls as they might leave ink on the impact screen
- It’s not allowed to leave your golf equipment in the studio
- Make sure you turn off all the devices after use
- If you want to cancel the booking, you must do so 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds if the booking is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
- Please refrain from loud, obscene, and vulgar language. Children may be present, and we ask that you respect your fellow customers.
- A parent, carer or responsible adult must supervise children and young people under 18 years of age. All parents or legal guardians with children are responsible for making sure that the above rules are enforced. Mulligan Room is not responsible for monitoring underage children.
- Drinking or eating is not allowed in the actual hitting area; the seating area is specifically designated for these purposes. Please no food or drinks around the computer monitor or computer equipment.
- Do not leave unsealed drinks or food on the floor
- Simulator malfunction does not necessarily constitute a refund. It will be the discretion of the Mulligan Room representative after gathering the facts about the situation.
- By booking and participating, you give permission for photography or video to be recorded and used for security purposes without compensation.
- Immediately report all safety risks, abuse or neglect to Mulligan Room representative via call or email with date/time of any incidents.
- If you make a booking, you are responsible for the conduct, equipment, any damages to the premises caused by careless use of equipment or other intentional or negligent acts and financial responsibilities of yourself or guests, including ‘no show’ fees (if applicable).
- Use of the indoor golf simulator is at your own risk. Mulligan Room shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the simulator. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal injuries resulting from slips, falls, or contact with equipment.
- Property damage to personal items brought into the facility.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Guests are welcome to use their own clubs in the simulator. However, Mulligan Room assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage to personal equipment. Guests must:
- Handle their equipment with care to avoid damage.
- Take full responsibility for any damage that occurs to their own clubs (or rentals) while using the simulator.
- Report any equipment issues to a staff member immediately.
Safety Rules
- Mulligan Room has the right to stop and/or refuse the allowance of play to customers that do not follow these rules without granting a refund.
- Only 1 person is allowed on the designated hitting mat inside of the simulator, during play.
- When swinging the club, please stay within the green swinging zone.
- The frontal projection screen is the only direction that players should be swinging towards. If players are seen swinging and/or aiming the ball in other directions, Mulligan Room reserves the right to stop play without granting a refund (The same applies to throwing clubs and balls as well).
- No running starts when driving the golf ball (i.e. Happy Gilmore).
- After your turn swinging, please put the club back into the designated bag area or hand it over to the next player. Do not leave clubs lying on the floor (Trip hazard).
- All parents or legal guardians with children are responsible for making sure that the above rules are enforced. (Mulligan Room is not responsible for monitoring underage children).
- Drinking or eating is not allowed in the actual hitting area; the seating area is specifically designated for these purposes.
- If any “player” shows signs of being overly intoxicated, a Mulligan Room representative may issue a warning, but he or she will reserve the right to stop and/or refuse the allowance of “play” for the safety of the surrounding customers.
Do I need to enter the door code every time I want to enter the room?
Yes, the door will be automatically locked therefore to open the door you need to enter the door code every time.
How do I book and pay?
Booking for time between 10 pm – 7 am
To book a time between 10 pm – 7 am, you need to be a Mulligan Room Member and have received the door key card. This is due to the reason that the building will be locked from 10 pm – 7 pm, but is accessible with the Mulligan Room Member door card. If you have any issues please contact Mulligan Room.
How do I get a dedicated door code?
After registration and making your first booking, you will be sent a dedicated door code to your email. If you have not received a door code at least an hour before your booked time, you can contact us via phone or email.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
If you would like to reschedule or edit a booking you need to first cancel your existing booking and then make a new booking. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your start time.
How can I enter the Mulligan Room?
The building is open from 7 am til 10 pm. Mulligan Room Members can access the building after 10 pm with a dedicated key card.

When you book for the first time, you will be given a dedicated door code that you can use to access the Mulligan Room studio.
How do I book a session with a coach?
To book a session with a coach, please contact the specific coach directly and they will provide you with an overview of their services and how to book a session with them.
How many people can play with one booking?
To ensure that all visitors have enough space to move and sit comfortably, we have established a guideline of 4 people per simulator booking. Regardless of the number of guests, the hourly rate remains the same, and there’s no extra charge for additional people.
For events and special occasions, we can accommodate more people by prior arrangement.
